Well, entering the market there is a place that stands out because it has little tables and they immediately offer you a variety of tapas with very high quality cheeses and meats. They welcome you with a super rich and sweet clericot, a starter of cheeses and meats and then the tapas appear and they include three glasses of young wine that will make you drunk hahaha be careful and for dessert a tapas of cottage cheese with fig and honey

Stumbled upon this stand at the San Juan Market. My husband and I shared two different baguettes that were each outstanding. Beyond that, the owner came and sat with us and chatted about the history of the market and his stand. Wish my Spanish were a bit better because it was a lovely conversation with a local about the importance of the market. Make sure to check it out!
